Mark E. and Claire L. Alpert Graduate Fellowship

The Mark E. and Claire L. Alpert Graduate Fellowship was established in 2018 in acknowledgement of a generous gift from Mark Alpert, a 1980 Penn State alumnus in environmental engineering, in memory of his late wife, Claire. The fellowship supports graduate students in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering who have achieved outstanding academic excellence.
